DINU is a development programme for Northern Uganda implemented by the Government of Uganda supported by 11th European Development Fund. The SPACE project under DINU aims at Strengthening Participation through Community engagement in Northern Uganda. The project aims at improving downward accountability and performance of Local Governments through strengthened participation of local communities.
